The Health Action Forum of Prince George's County (HAF) emerged in November 2000 as Prince George's County's first organization to bring the voice of the consumer to public health policy in the county. Forum members and supporters include a wide range of players in community health: health care consumers and providers, health care advocates, hospitals medical society members, local and state elected officials, churches, community health centers, colleges and universities, businesses, state and federal agencies, social and civic organizations, and local affiliates of national advocacy organizations.
