The Health Action Forum supports ongoing dialogues, creates a sense of community, and cultivates leadership to demand, advocate for and impact health public policy on behalf of consumers, particularly county residents experiencing the burden of health disparities. The Forum is a clearinghouse and the single point of contact for community-based health care linkages -- a place to receive and distribute information on health care access and health disparities issues across the county, state, and the nation.
